Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or professional services industry/client facing consultancy experience.
Possess a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) to demonstrate formal training and expertise in the field.
Proven track record of successfully leading projects; experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), preferably gained by having undertaken a multitude of project roles over their career.
Experience in developing and maintaining project management documentation and templates.
Strong influencing, negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication both verbal and written, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Strong Leadership skills, with a demonstrable background of resource management, motivating and coaching.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and diverse range of projects and activities
Solid knowledge, understanding and experience of financial ERP implementations / financial operations (GL, AP, AR, Billing/Invoicing, Operational and Management Reporting) and Client and Matter management.
Experience working in the legal technology space desirable.
Travel 25%, depending on the stage of the projects under their management.
