We are seeking a
dynamic, results-driven Project Manager
to oversee and deliver fit-out projects across our portfolio of
blue-chip clients
. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fit-out projects
from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Develop project programmes
that optimize efficiency and align with client requirements.
Review drawings
, ensuring accurate material take-offs and timely procurement.
Liaise with site teams and subcontractors
, ensuring work is completed according to scope and programme timelines.
Conduct
site inspections and snagging
, ensuring defect-free project delivery.
Maintain strict health & safety compliance
, conducting audits and addressing concerns promptly.
Attend and lead client meetings
, including progress updates, briefings, pre-start sessions, and project handovers.
Manage
project variations and final accounts
, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
