, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery -- managing on-site installation, labour resources, and client liaison to ensure successful completion of multiple spa and wellness projects across the UK.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the on-site installation of bespoke spa, pool, and wellness projects.

This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. You will oversee the installation teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate with our in-house manufacturing and design departments, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site installation activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Coordinate labour planning and resource allocation, managing installation teams, subcontractors, and specialists.

Plan and control project timelines, sequencing works and tracking progress against the schedule.

Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and design departments to align production and delivery with site requirements.

Attend and lead site meetings, producing reports and progress updates for project teams and clients.

Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, compliance, and progress.

Liaise with clients and main contractors to maintain strong working relationships and clear communication channels.

Manage project budgets, monitor site costs, and coordinate with the finance team on cost control and reporting.

Oversee delivery of multiple high-value projects, contributing to an annual order value exceeding 3 million+.

Oversee health & safety compliance, ensuring site practices meet regulatory and company standards.

Review technical drawings, RAMS, and site documentation prior to works commencing.

Identify and resolve any on-site challenges promptly, maintaining project momentum.

Support final testing, commissioning, and client handover, ensuring all documentation, manuals, and snagging are completed.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager within construction, fit-out, or technical installation - 10+ years (spa, pool, or wellness experience advantageous).

Strong background in on-site management, labour planning, and subcontractor coordination.

Excellent understanding of site operations, logistics, and installation sequencing.

Strong technical knowledge of M&E, building services, or plant room integration desirable.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.

Confident managing multiple live projects and reporting to senior management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting and cost reporting.

Valid CSCS Card (Manager level) required.

SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred.

Full UK Driving Licence required (travel to nationwide sites expected).
