dynamic and established UK-based construction/building services contractor

known for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects. They are looking for a skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to take ownership of M&E construction projects from handover right through to final completion.

The Role:

Project Ownership & Delivery

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be the key driver for project success, ensuring client expectations are exceeded while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Full Project Lifecycle Management:

Take complete ownership following the estimating handover, from initial planning to final technical close-out and O&M manual compilation.

M&E Technical Leadership:

Manage all elements of M&E installation, lead coordination activities, and ensure technical compliance and quality workmanship.

Programme & Financial Control:

Produce and maintain a clear project programme, proactively manage risks, and collaborate closely with the QS on procurement, cost control, and change management (variations, payment applications).

Client & Team Management:

Maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, acting as the key point of contact. Manage and mentor site Supervisors and teams, promoting a positive safety culture.
What You'll Need

Minimum 5+ years' experience

in a relevant trade or Project Management role.

Previous experience managing M&E projects

within a contracting environment is essential. Relevant

mechanical, electrical, or building services qualification

. Current

SMSTS Qualification, Asbestos Awareness training, and a CSCS Card

. A proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships and driving team performance.

Pay: 57,000.00-70,000.00 per year
