Sector: Commercial Fit-Out (CAT A & B)
Salary: Competitive + Package (Freelance Options Available)
The Role:
Oversee mechanical installations on high-end fit-out projects Manage project delivery from pre-construction to handover Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams Budget management and client liaison
Requirements:
Proven experience managing mechanical fit-out projects (CAT A & B) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, and plumbing systems within commercial buildings
