Project Manager

(Modernisation and New Install) to join our

Modernisation Team in London

What Will Your Future Role Be?




As a

Project Manager

at WeMaintain, your responsibilities will include:

Manage

lift modernisation and new installation projects

from start to finish. Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Prepare and manage

project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

. Coordinate and supervise

installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

. Conduct

site visits

to monitor progress, quality, and compliance. Ensure all

technical documentation, risk assessments, and method statements

are completed. Collaborate with

sales, engineering, and operations teams

for smooth handovers. Identify and manage

project risks and issues

, providing proactive solutions. Oversee

testing, commissioning, and final handover

processes. Maintain accurate

project reporting and documentation

. Promote a culture of

safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

.

You Are the Right Person for Us If:



Proven experience as a

Project Manager

in the lift/elevator industry. Strong knowledge of

lift systems, safety regulations, and industry standards

. Excellent

project planning and organisational skills

. Effective

leadership and team management

, including coordinating subcontractors. Strong

communication and stakeholder management

skills. Experience in

budget management, risk assessment, and resource allocation

. Proficient in

project management software

and Microsoft Office.

Health & Safety conscious

with site safety management experience. Strong

problem-solving skills

to proactively address challenges. CIP or relevant project management qualification is a

plus

.
