ABOUT US
Eco Builders is a growing Essex-based company specialising in extensions, renovations, loft
conversions, new builds, and full design & build projects. We're looking for an experienced Project
Manager / Operations Manager to take control of project delivery and support our continued growth.
THE ROLE
You will oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are
delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You will manage schedules, materials, site
teams, subcontractors, and client communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan weekly schedules and coordinate labour
Conduct pre-start site visits and prepare job documentation
Order materials, manage plant/skips, and organise deliveries
Carry out regular site visits and quality control checks
Manage subcontractors (electrics, plumbing, roofing, carpentry etc.)
Communicate effectively with clients and office staff
Track progress, variations, and deadlines
Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years' experience in residential construction project or site management
Strong knowledge of extensions, loft conversions, renovations, structural works and new builds
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
Desirable: SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, experience with construction management software.
