The Opportunity
An established and fast-growing consultancy in Plymouth is looking for a driven Project Manager to join their expanding team. You'll work closely with Directors and Senior Surveyors, delivering an exciting mix of projects across:

• Residential

• Commercial

• Healthcare

• Heritage & conservation

• Public sector

From modern housing developments to complex refurbishments, heritage restorations and distressed project turnarounds - no two days will be the same.
This is a role where you'll be trusted, supported and challenged, with genuine responsibility from day one.
What you'll be doing as the Project Manager:

• You'll be at the heart of project delivery, leading schemes from concept to completion and acting as a trusted advisor to clients
• Lead projects end-to-end - on time, on budget and to high-quality standards
• Be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Develop and manage programmes, budgets and risk registers
• Carry out technical due diligence and condition surveys
• Prepare reports, project documentation and funding applications
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors
• Provide hands-on technical input across design, procurement and delivery
• Support turnaround of distressed or complex projects
• Represent the business at networking and professional events

What they're looking for:

• You're proactive, technically strong and enjoy problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
• 3+ years' experience in project management and/or building surveying
• Consultancy background preferred
• Experience across public and private sector projects
• Pre- and post-contract experience
• APC completed or nearing completion
• Confident, sociable and team-oriented
• Happy to travel to project sites as required
