suited for individuals with an interest in project controls and PMO functions. You will work within a collaborative team environment, supporting the implementation of project control systems including cost, schedule, risk and performance reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of programme management practices. You will help define, map and implement PMO and wider supporting processes for clients. This will include assisting in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI to track and manage scope changes, risks and issues, escalating complex matters as needed. You will also support the implementation of governance frameworks and assurance processed across projects and programmes.

Commercial focus:

You will support and deliver commissions across all stages of the project lifecycle, working closely with leaders and clients across the public and private sectors. This will include managing commercial and project control activities such as budgeting, cost management, forecasting and performance reporting. You will also be leading on day-to-day contract management activities such as change management, early earnings, risk management, documentation, reporting and invoicing and payments. This will also include leading on internal and external financial performance tasks such as probability reviews and financial tracking for both Arup and client facing projects.

Both roles offer the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive setting, working closely with senior colleagues and clients across multiple sectors.

Our strength comes from how we respect, share and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas. You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning - to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.
