The Project Manager will support the delivery of telecoms projects by driving planning, coordination and execution activities under the direction of the Service Delivery Manager. The role ensures tasks are completed to agreed timelines and supports effective communication between stakeholders and helps maintain high standards across project documentation, procurement and delivery processes.

What were looking for...




We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of MFD and Print Management software implementation projects across a broad range of clients, including both public and private sector organisations. This role requires strong coordination skills, customer engagement, and the ability to work closely with multiple internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.


What youll be doing...



Lead and manage implementation and rollout projects for MFDs and Print Management software from initiation through to completion. Coordinate with internal teams including Logistics, Professional Services, Support, and Tender/Bid teams to ensure effective planning and execution of projects. Act as the main point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a high level of service. Create and manage project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Facilitate project meetings, both internal and external, to monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timescales. Collaborate with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery. Maintain accurate project reporting and status updates for internal and customer stakeholders. Support post-installation reviews and customer feedback initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

About you...



Proven experience in project management, preferably within IT, print technology, or professional services environments. Experience managing projects for MFD installations and/or Print Management software is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Experience working with both public and private sector clients. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
