Join our team as Project Manager (Property Compliance)
Are you passionate about building safety and compliance? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers by driving compliance across property-related risk areas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver audits on key compliance areas, producing reports to ensure processes are effective and fit for purpose.
Monitor compliance performance through accurate data analysis and reporting.
Create and maintain written procedures and process maps to strengthen compliance processes.
Collaborate with internal teams on building and customer safety projects.
Deliver training and information sessions to customers and stakeholders on safety and compliance.
Liaise with surveyors and consultants to ensure timely completion of remedial works and risk assessments.
Promote a "one team" approach, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice.
Ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion are embedded in all decisions and communications.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong understanding of key compliance areas in building and customer safety.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
Proven analytical and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Ability to build productive relationships and influence effectively.
Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
