Award-winning rg+p is one of the largest and most successful multidisciplinary design practices in the UK also featuring in AJ's top 100 UK practices. From our London, Birmingham and Leicester studios, we create a sustainable legacy, designed and delivered for clients and communities.

Due to the recent success on various local and national Project and Cost Management frameworks with a projected increase in workload we require additional resource at various levels to meet these exciting times. The candidates will ideally be located within our Birmingham studio.

Candidates seeking support with their APC will join the rg+p structured training programme with mentoring and training from our chartered professionals. This vacancy would be suitable for a client side Quantity Surveyor and/or Project Manager who ideally has experience in public sector works.

The successful candidate is required to have:

a MRICS qualification (or be part way through qualification) experience running their own projects a degree level qualification (or equivalent) a passion for client care experience acting as an Employer's Agent good Microsoft Office skills the ability to work both independently and as part of a team experience leading project teams & chairing meetings excellent time management skills the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines excellent communication skills
