We are now looking to expand our team with a dedicated and professional Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor who shares our commitment to excellence and customer care.
The Role
As a Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial and financial management of construction projects from conception through to final handover. This is a varied role that includes programme and cost control, subcontractor management, valuations and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and track project costs from initial estimates through to completion.
Prepare, manage and report monthly valuations, variations and final accounts.
Manage subcontractor accounts, payments and performance monitoring.
Assist in preparing schedules, budgets and documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Work closely with project teams to ensure deadlines, cost targets and quality standards are achieved.
Provide accurate commercial advice to senior management and support decision-making.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Management and or Quantity Surveying role.
Main contracting background is essential.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and industry standards required.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
High level of numeracy and accuracy.
Confident working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project experience is advantageous.
Full UK driving licence required.

Competitive / negotiable basic salary (50k-80k depending on experience).
