About the role


We're on the lookout for a Project Manager to help lead a high-value, high-security defence construction project in Berkshire.

This isn't your average build - think complex infrastructure and fit-out , multiple stakeholders, tight security and a long term programme that genuinely makes a difference.

What you'll be doing


As a Project Manager you'll be:

Running major construction work streams from planning through to delivery
Keeping budgets, schedules and teams aligned and on track
Managing contractors, consultants and internal teams
Navigating governance, security requirements and stakeholder expectations
Identifying and mitigation of risk


Who we're looking for


As a Project Manager you will :

Have a solid background in delivering large-scale construction projects
Be confident working in complex stakeholder environments
Have an excellent understanding of NEC contracts
Be able to obtain SC Clearance
Possess or be working towards APMP status
