Job Summary:



We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of development projects--from initial planning and design coordination to construction management and final delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational capabilities, stakeholder coordination skills, and effective control of schedule, cost, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



Participate in the full planning and execution process of UK residential and commercial development projects, including budgeting and implementation. Develop and manage project schedules, cost plans, and risk control strategies to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards. Review and manage design proposals, construction drawings, contract documents, and planning/permit submissions. Lead regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and key stakeholders; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage procurement, tendering, contractor evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration; monitor contractor performance with the engineering lead. Control construction progress and support the engineering team in resolving on-site issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Key Requirements:



Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction-related discipline preferred, with hands-on cost planning and commercial management experience. Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in property development or construction. Familiarity with UK planning processes, procurement procedures, and building regulations. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills in English. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of CAD and/or BIM is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:



RICS or other relevant professional accreditation is advantageous. Knowledge of local planning regulations and market trends. Experience working on mixed-use or large-scale developments.
