Our projects consist of large multi plot housing schemes, retrofit commercial, mass retrofit energy efficiency upgrades and full decarbonisation projects

Roles & Responsibilities



Manage Renewable Energy Installation contracts across multiple sectors,

this includes but not limited to the below:

First point of contact for your projects, team and clients Oversee the installations Conduct Surveys/ Material take-offs & pricing Liaising and scheduling with direct and sub-contractor staff Overseeing deliveries to multiple sites Assist in Design and Estimating of all your projects Preparation of H&S documentation (RAMS) Material procurement to be arranged with operations manager regularly Daily updates to clients/ Carbon3 internal teams Liaising with Carbon3 design teams Management of any defects arising from installations Oversee, train and mentor Apprentices/ trainees Complete and manage Variation Orders as and when required Forecasting of revenue Assist Carbon3 teams with installations from time to time Assist & Complete commissioning from time to time

Essential Qualifications and Experience:



Proven experience delivering renewable energy projects

, particularly

solar PV installations

, within commercial environments.

Electrical background or relevant electrical qualifications

(e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent) or experience managing teams/installations with electrical components. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (if electrically qualified). Strong understanding of renewable technologies including

battery storage systems, EV charging infrastructure

, and decarbonisation measures. Experience with site-based delivery including surveys, RAMS preparation, material take-offs, and procurement. Demonstrable ability to manage and coordinate both direct labour and subcontractors across multiple live projects. Familiarity with commissioning procedures and management of installation defects. Sound knowledge of

Health & Safety

procedures and site compliance. SMSTS, IOSH, or similar site safety training certifications. Experience in social housing retrofit or large-scale residential schemes is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, colleagues, and delivery teams.
