MSL Global is looking for a dynamic individual to lead and manage the operational delivery of high-profile, multi-site activations across the UK on behalf of a prestigious automotive client.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a sports sponsorship programme, delivering live events at major sporting venues. You'll manage substantial budgets and oversee complex logistics to create impactful, high-quality experiences for audiences nationwide.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in live, experiential, roadshow, or multi-activation events--someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

This is a hands-on role for Senior Project Managers with live, on-site event experience - not suited to those from digital or social media backgrounds.

The role will involve travel to sporting events across the UK, particularly between May and September, including some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Project manage end-to-end delivery of roadshow-style activations at sporting venues nationwide, from pitch and proposal to post-event analysis. Manage substantial event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising on quality. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and venues to ensure smooth, high-quality execution. Oversee on-site build, manage teams, lead client walk-throughs, and live event delivery. Respond to evolving requirements and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable delivery. Work closely with key sports stakeholders to ensure seamless operations at all UK locations. Support asset management and coordinate vehicles to meet activation needs across all venues.

About you:

Proven project management experience in end-to-end (from pitch presentations to planning, delivery, final reconciliation and reporting) project management. Proven experience in managing large-scale live or experiential events, preferably with an agency background. Proven experience managing large and complex budgets, with budget creation, ensuring set budgets are agreed and delivered against, ROI and post event analysis and reporting. Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills. Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to changing circumstances. Willingness to travel to sporting events across the UK, particularly between May and September, including some evenings and weekends. Full UK driving licence essential. Experience of automotive events, sports based experiential marketing, roadshows, multi-activation campaigns, resource, asset or vehicle management would be an advantage.
