We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives using Agile SAFe methodologies within the insurance industry. This role demands expertise in digital payments, particularly Stripe integrations, to drive innovation across our customer-facing platforms and backend systems.
Responsibilities:

• Agile SAFe Delivery

• Lead cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Scrum teams to deliver high-impact insurance projects.
• Facilitate PI Planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and ensure alignment with SAFe principles.
• Manage dependencies across teams and ensure timely delivery of program increments.
• Digital Payments & Stripe Integration

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Stripe payment solutions, including subscriptions, invoicing, fraud detection, and real-time payouts.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate Stripe APIs into insurance platforms.
• Ensure payment systems meet regulatory standards (e.g., FCA, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Insurance Domain Leadership

• Drive transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, and policy management systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks.
• Partner with actuarial, legal, and finance teams to align project outcomes with business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and external partners.
• Prepare executive dashboards and ensure transparency across delivery pipelines.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience in insurance or financial services
• Proven delivery using Agile SAFe frameworks (SAFe certification preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Stripe integrations and digital payment ecosystems
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in insurance and fintech
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Agile planning platform
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile maturity
