Project Manager (Plumbing / HVAC / Water Efficiency)

Location:

You will be based at our Head Office in Derby DE21 with travel to and work at client sites across the UK as required (travel expenses paid). Occasional overnight stays might be required if working at a client site a distance away. Hotel accommodation and sustenance will be paid for.

Contract:

Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
28 days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays)
Full, clean UK driving licence required

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget. You will lead project teams on-site and in the office, manage resources and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

This is a practical, hands-on role where you will work closely with the Installation Manager, Scheduler, Finance and Data teams to coordinate delivery. You will manage project budgets, track performance, report on progress and build relationships with clients and suppliers.

A confident and organised leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong customer focus, ensuring projects meet client needs, and the financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field or equivalent levels of professional experience in a similar industry Extensive experience managing technical projects within plumbing, HVAC or water based sectors Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Experience managing stakeholders, suppliers and vendors Financial management and reporting experience Competence with project management software and tools Full, clean UK driving licence

Salary

Salary Scale: 29,000 to 40,000 per annum
