About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the supply and installation of windows, doors and curtain walling on residential and commercial projects. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality results while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Work closely with clients, contractors, our operatives and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and successful execution. Oversee procurement and scheduling of materials. Monitor on-site installation to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation. Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot challenges effectively. Lead and inspire the team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction, window supply, or related industries. Strong understanding of window installation processes and products. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Budget management experience and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Relevant qualifications in Project Management are desirable but not essential. A valid driver's licence may be required for site visits.
