Site / Project Manager QS - Site Based

We're looking for a driven professional with both site management and quantity surveying expertise. This is a hands-on role where you'll take responsibility for overseeing live projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Based primarily office based with frequent visits to site, you'll play a key part in both the operational and commercial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth delivery.

Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and financial reports for projects.

Monitor budgets, variations, and cash flow to maximise commercial performance.

Carry out site inspections and ensure certification and compliance documentation is in place.

Provide accurate measurements and valuations to support applications for payment.

Take ownership of commercial negotiations, final accounts, and project handovers.

What We're Looking For:

Background in Gas or Electrical projects (preferable).

Strong knowledge of site management, compliance, and health & safety.

Experience in quantity surveying, including cost management and financial reporting.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 54,000.00-58,000.00 per year
