We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and highly organised individual to lead our youth portfolio, supporting young people/young adults in various projects to help them with their mindset, reach their potential, and make lasting change in their communities.
As Project Manager, you will maintain our network of young adults by developing exciting opportunities and attaining their attention, leading to engagement. You will also be responsible for attracting and onboarding new young people to our partner organisations. Projects include community action to reduce health inequalities, digital skills, creative research skills, mental health improvement, community sports, and more.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in working with young people from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds, with a passion for youth engagement and a skill for producing experiences that positively impact young people, individually and collectively.
What will I be doing?
Oversee the delivery of youth engagement (young people/young adults) projects across the West Midlands. Ensure timelines, outputs, and goals are met.
Engage, recruit, and support groups of diverse young people, encouraging regular engagement and positive experiences
Coordinate and/or deliver workshops/training to young people in areas such as digital skills, holistic health, mental health education
Work closely with project stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and good communication. Stakeholders include local authorities, national health bodies, education settings, parents and community leaders
Develop and deliver activities and opportunities in the community for young people to attend
Safeguarding & Support
: Provide pastoral support, maintain safeguarding standards, and ensure safe working practices
Monitoring & Reporting
: Track project progress and impact, producing regular updates for funders and partners

We are a community interest company based in the West Midlands. We develop and deliver projects around mindset development, financial literacy, and employability. We listen to communities and then build experiences around them. This includes mental health and wellbeing services, enterprise and business development programmes, community engagement, research and community insights, and bid writing and development.
We partner with local authorities, statutory services, housing associations, education settings, non-profit organisations, and more to bring tailored programmes for defined communities.Our impact includes:
