Role Overview



We are seeking a versatile

Project Manager / Commercial Lead

to oversee strategic initiatives and commercial operations across our organization, with a particular focus on supporting e-commerce growth and digital transformation. This role blends project delivery expertise with commercial strategy, ideal for professionals experienced in managing cross-functional projects, digital platforms, and commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Management



Lead the planning and execution of operational, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects. Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, logistics, marketing, and customer service. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Implement agile methodologies for faster delivery and continuous improvement.

Commercial Leadership



Manage commercial contracts, pricing strategies, and service level agreements with vendors, logistics partners, and digital platforms. Support business development and tendering processes, especially for e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives. Conduct financial analysis to assess project ROI, customer acquisition costs, and operational efficiency. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive service enhancements across digital and physical channels. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize commercial offerings and customer experience.

E-Commerce Focus



Lead initiatives to enhance e-commerce capabilities, including platform integrations, fulfillment optimization, and digital customer journeys. Analyze online sales performance, conversion metrics, and customer behavior to inform commercial strategy. Work with technology teams to implement scalable solutions for order management, inventory visibility, and last-mile delivery. Ensure seamless coordination between online and offline operations to support omnichannel growth.

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and commercial roles, ideally with exposure to e-commerce or digital operations. Proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing commercial partnerships. Experience with digital platforms, logistics, and customer experience optimization. Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.

Skills & Competencies



Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities. Financial and analytical acumen, especially in digital commerce metrics. Proficiency in project management tools, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SW3 6QD
