We are seeking a skilled and dedicated M&E Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of cost control measures. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Duties
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
Implement cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in cost control techniques and budget management.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
