M&E and fit out
works across complex, regulated environments.

What you will deliver?
Lead, manage and support a team to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Oversee M&E and fit out works from concept through to commissioning and handover.
Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental and health & safety standards.
Coordinate site activities and subcontractors, chair meetings and track progress.
Support project planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide operational guidance and contribute to best practice development.

Who are we looking for?
Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Background in MEP project management.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Client focused with the ability to build strong client relationship with strong communication skills.
Excellent team working skills.
Health & Safety awareness and commercial acumen.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical, cleanroom or healthcare environments and familiarity with controlled environments and commissioning processes is desirable.
Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services discipline is desirable.
