We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our high-performing Business Change team -- a dynamic group of experts in programme and project delivery, change management, business analysis, and portfolio governance.


As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying best-practice methodologies. You'll manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to keep projects on track.


Excellent communication skills are essential as you'll be working closely with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships to drive collaboration and alignment including providing clear updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.


We're looking for someone who'll champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes.

You'll be working three days per week in either our Eastleigh, Yeovil, Bracknell or London office, with the remaining two days at a location of your choice whether that's at home, another office or even your favourite cafe.
