Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to lead the day-to-day site operations of our heritage redevelopment project, Manchester. This is a high-profile listed building scheme requiring a detail-oriented, proactive leader who understands both modern construction and conservation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site activities, subcontractors, and daily progress Manage health and safety compliance on a live heritage site Ensure programme milestones and budgets are met Liaise with planners, consultants, archaeologists, and building control Coordinate logistics and materials delivery to tight constraints Report progress to the Director and maintain project documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing listed building developments Strong knowledge of CDM, H&S, and quality control procedures Ability to lead site teams and liaise with multiple consultants MCIOB or equivalent preferred CSCS & SMSTS required
