Job Responsibilities

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate project managers. Manage project scope and changes. Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services. Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues. Manage key projects or replacement if there is any lack of project manager. Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas. Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline. Manage ongoing projects quality control and participate in quality issue resolution. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team. Project team performance reviews and development. Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, management and other key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of professional experience in automation industry

Proven technical leadership experience in development and implementation of large scale, complex projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects in both remote and onsite.

High social competence, excellent team spirit and intercultural understanding

Have the delivery experience of leading a team, have an excellent team spirit, work proactively, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Have strong ability to withstand stress, work enthusiasm, and be able to adapt to short-term business trips.

Languages: English & Mandarin (mandatory), plus additional European language is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 60,000.00-72,000.00 per year
