You are a technically capable with sound commercial knowledge and come to us with: Working towards RICS membership if level 7 OR CIBSE membership at a relevant grade Formal Building Services qualification A good understanding of key drivers of cost and value Passionate about driving innovation in service and delivering exceptional results Experience working on large complex construction projects, ideally within the industrial manufacturing sector Experience leading lower value projects Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build good client relationships Ability to work on own initiative Some experience with Digital Cost Management and CostX, 5D BIM and Benchmarking tools
