About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join us as a Network Coordinator (0.5 FTE) for the Ovarian Tissue Research Network, for this fixed-term position, with a funding end date of 31-Dec-2026 in the first instance, based at the UCL EGA IfWH.
This post is eligible for Hybrid working, on-site one day a week, spread across 3 days, ideally to work Monday & Tuesday and an additional day of your choosing.
The postholder should be able to support occasional online events or meetings that may fall outside standard hours.
This is a varied and high-impact role, ideal for someone seeking strategic and administrative responsibility in an international research setting. The coordinator will oversee the network's operations, communications, and stakeholder engagement, with responsibilities including:
Coordinating communications across academic, clinical, policy, and patient communities
Leading events such as a webinar series and helping with organization of the European Ovary Workshop
Supporting governance activities and documentation
Facilitating collaboration and project delivery
Contributing to funding bids, reporting, and network evaluation
The role works closely with the Principal Investigator and partners to deliver key activities and support long-term sustainability and growth.

About you

We are looking for an individual with strong organisational and administrative skills, and proven experience coordinating complex projects--ideally in a research, academic, or healthcare setting. Experience in stakeholder engagement, event delivery, and digital communication is essential. Familiarity with HR processes or network coordination is desirable.
This role would suit someone with a background in academic administration, research support, science communication, or project management. Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach to working hours, and the ability to work independently are essential.

The salary range for this role is Grade 6 Sp 22-26 (36,433-39,807) per annum inclusive of London Allowance.
