Job Overview

The Project Officer will play a key role within the Miscarriage Services charity and make a meaningful difference to people who have had a miscarriage, helping us to achieve our goal of support men and men after an early pregnancy loss and onto their next pregnancy. They will have a lead role in the implementation of a new project in miscarriage leave in the workplace and adopting policy within the Grampian and Moray area. They will be responsible for managing the project activities, budget and also coordinate with external stakeholders for smooth implementation of the project

Duties

- Implement the project activities

- Write content for workshops & deliver

- Adapt content following from feedback

- Produce materials for individuals on their rights in the workplace for miscarriage leave

- Report on project progress & outcomes to both internal teams & external funders

Requirements

- Experience of working in the third sector

- Qualification in project management

- Experience in organisation and time management

- Monitoring project expenditures and supporting financial reporting

- Attention to detail

- Interacting with stakeholders

- Understanding of early pregnancy loss

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
