We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Operations Lead to support the smooth running of team projects and day-to-day operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a natural sense of responsibility, looking to build experience in team coordination and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Help coordinate team tasks and keep project timelines on track Communicate clearly with team members to support delivery goals Use tracking tools (spreadsheets, basic platforms like Trello or Jira) to monitor updates Flag issues, delays, or dependencies to the project lead Assist with organising meetings, task lists, and follow-ups Support documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team culture

What We're Looking For

No formal project experience required--just strong organisation and a hands-on approach Confident communicator with a team-first mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines Interest in learning project tools and workflows (full training provided) Previous experience in any structured, fast-moving role is a plus (e.g. retail, hospitality, customer service, admin) Ambition to grow into team leadership or project management over time
