We've just been appointed the Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC) for the South West - an exciting initiative to accelerate the development of construction skills across the region. Working alongside the Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving this ambitious landmark project forward to meet CTEC's objectives.
What you'll be doing...
Conducting effective research and analysis, presenting clear and accurate findings to inform decisions
Coordinating meetings and events, managing logistics, and producing engaging presentation materials
Supporting the tracking and reporting of project outputs, ensuring progress is monitored and recorded accurately
Identifying and escalating risks or issues early to keep the project on course
Managing your own workload and ensuring the Programme Manager is kept fully informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities
Upholding the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism in all stakeholder interactions
We're looking for someone who's...
Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
A confident communicator, able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Skilled in project coordination, reporting, and administration
Comfortable working independently while keeping leaders informed and aligned
Committed to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Experience in project delivery, education, or construction-related initiatives would be advantageous, but above all we're looking for someone with the drive and energy to make a real difference.
