We're looking for a
Project/Resource Planner
to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing integrated site plans and resource allocation for both onshore and offshore operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Integrated Planning:
Develop and manage long-, mid-, and short-term site plans and schedules for all operational activities.
Resource Forecasting & Optimization:
+ Forecast demand across vessels, tools, spares, contractors, and personnel.
+ Propose innovative solutions to balance resource availability with operational needs.
+ Build resource models to maximize productivity and yield.
Risk & Opportunity Analysis:
+ Identify planning risks and opportunities.
+ Advise site management on programme slippages and capacity for yield days.
Daily Scheduling:
+ Translate long-term plans into daily schedules.
+ Generate transfer and PAX lists to support daily operations.
Logistics Planning:
+ Design logistics solutions that minimize travel time and maximize time spent on Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
System Management:
+ Maintain accurate records in SAP (CMMS).
+ Raise, manage, and close job requests efficiently.
Progress Tracking:
+ Monitor and report on all O&M activities including inspections, retrofits, service progress, and jack-up campaigns.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a
Project or Resource Planner
Strong IT skills, especially with
Microsoft Office
and
MS Project
Hands-on experience with
SAP
and planning/scheduling tools
Excellent
data analysis
and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Clear and confident
communication skills
