Job Summary

Rare Project Planner role - Central London.

The role is to join a construction consultancy that has a reputation for developing some of the best Planners in the industry.

As part of a niche team, you will work on high profile Building and Civil Engineering projects in London.

This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate various aspects of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.

Duties

Preparation of tender / construction programmes from first principles Programme updates determining risks and recommending mitigation options Progress updates / reporting for weekly and monthly reviews Establishing and managing the effects of change including delay on the schedule

Skills

Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Proficiency in ASTA Powerproject or P6 Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess project data and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail.
