We are a progressive and well-established GP practice situated in the scenic outskirts of Bath. As our patient list continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project, Quality & Compliance Lead to join our friendly, supportive team.
This is a brand-new role, designed to strengthen our governance processes, ensure CQC inspection readiness, and support delivery of key projects across the practice. You'll be based across our two sites in Combe Down and Odd Down, working closely with the management team and clinical staff to ensure the practice remains safe, compliant, and future-focused.
About Our Practice
Our main surgery is located in the heart of Combe Down village, with a second site at Odd Down in the south of Bath.
We are rated Outstanding by the CQC, care for over 14,000 patients, and are proud to deliver innovative, patient-centred care. We operate an AccuRx total triage model and work closely with our Minerva PCN colleagues, benefitting from a strong pharmacy team, paramedic home visiting service, and a wide range of ARRS roles.
We are a welcoming, forward-thinking team that values collaboration, professional growth, and excellence in patient care.
