Purpose of the role


To provide dedicated coordination and administrative support to the Quality & Critical Path Manager in the delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. The Critical Path and Quality Assurance Co-ordinator will ensure stage-gate reviews, documentation, and stakeholder inputs are effectively managed, enabling the timely and high-quality introduction of new products.

The role will also support the Product Evolution & Compliance team by maintaining performance metrics, managing quality-related processes, and responding to customer concerns, ensuring both Camira and its customers are protected from repeat issues and that a high level of satisfaction is maintained. The day to day



To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements Maintain and administer the NPI system, ensuring full compliance with stage-gate requirements. Schedule, track, and coordinate stage-gate reviews, ensuring timely completion and sign-off. Issue approvals for stage-gate sign-offs and maintain associated documentation. Ensure stakeholders complete required data and deliverables ahead of review meetings. Maintain and update the NPI system to ensure accurate records and visibility of project status. Identify and implement NPI improvements to enhance consistency, efficiency, and repeatability. Compile and maintain quality performance data reporting status for management review. Custodian of the deviation and change control processes, ensuring timely responses are provided and communicated back to interested parties. Raise supplier rejections ensuring timely responses are secured and communicated. Manage and report against non-conforming stock (Grade 01) levels and CCR rate Support the quality team in the management of non-conforming product and QAA systems Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on quality investigation ensuring timely resolutions Maintain all monitoring and measuring equipment to ensure their individual calibration Coordinate cross-functional meetings, circulate documentation, record actions for follow-up. Provide day-to-day operational support to members of the quality and compliance team. Demonstrate a solution focused approach to problem solving, taking the following steps to accountability; See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It. Maintain clearly documented and standardised procedures for all tasks.

Other Considerations



Experience in project coordination, administration, or quality support Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Competent in the use of MS Office and project/approval tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, DocuSign, or equivalent).
