A renowned, multidisciplinary Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to add an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of an experienced team that delivers top-tier Quantity Surveying and Cost Management solutions to esteemed clients in the Education, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, and Retail sectors.

This role offers close collaboration with the Senior Management Team and presents a remarkable chance for long-term advancement into a Senior role, along with robust in-house APC support.

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will shoulder the responsibilities of preparing tender documentation, conducting tender evaluations, assessing post-contract payments, forecasting costs, and managing final accounting.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Experience in post-contract management, control, and administration of contracts
  • 12+ months UK Consultancy experience
  • Committed to completing MRICS if not already
