Project Quantity Surveyor – Higher Education & Life Sciences
Job Description
Cityscape Recruitment is working with a leading London construction cost consultancy to recruit a Project Surveyor to work on projects for prestigious clients in the Higher Education & Life Sciences sectors.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This person will be joining a highly experienced and respected team, working closely alongside a Director on both new build and refurbishment projects for clients including LSE, Imperial College and Warwick University.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for this role should have at least 3 years' quantity surveying consultancy experience in the built environment and be either working towards their RICS APC or recently chartered. They will need to be client facing, proactive, and able to use their own initiative and take the lead on projects.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
A salary between 45,000-60,000 is on offer depending on level of experience, plus 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional fees paid.
