Job Description

Octavius Infrastructure is thrilled to be a key player in the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE), contributing to the delivery of Electrification and Plant (E&P) renewals across the Southern region. The SRE is responsible for the Southern Region's renewals programme (CP7 & CP8), aiming to develop, mobilise, and deliver a 9 billion programme between 2024 and 2034 through collective expertise.



We are expanding our Southern Renewals Enterprise Commercial team and are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated

Quantity Surveyor

support a 50+ million package of work over the next few years.

You'll be working on.... (what your role and responsibility is)




You will be responsible for the robust commercial management of a variety of projects. This includes overseeing financial performance, managing costs, conducting procurement processes, and maintaining accurate financial logs and reports. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and achieving business plan commitments. You will work on your own project and collaborate closely with the other site's commercial team to look for efficiencies.

You'll bring... (your wealth of experience & qualifications)




Practical experience in a quantity surveying role in a civil engineering environment, working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor. NEC Contracts experience is essential. Experience working on a Network Rail Framework is advantageous.
