Summary

We are a leader in data quality and matching solutions, and we're preparing to launch our next-generation SaaS platform.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / SaaS Product Specialist to help us create the project scope and roadmap that will guide our development team. The goal is to transform our existing desktop software into a cloud-based, modern SaaS platform with enhanced usability, scalability, and innovative new features.

What you'll do:

Learn and understand our current desktop solution, its workflows, and its customer use cases. Work closely with our team to capture requirements, define features, and map user journeys. Identify improvements and opportunities to modernize the product for a SaaS environment. Deliver clear project scope documentation, functional specifications, and recommendations. Collaborate with both business stakeholders and developers to ensure scope aligns with technical feasibility and strategic goals.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in SaaS product design, business analysis, or technical project scoping. Ability to analyze legacy systems and translate them into cloud-native solutions. Familiarity with data quality, data management, or entity resolution solutions is a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to create detailed scope documents, feature lists, and wireframes.

Deliverables:

Comprehensive project scope document outlining the MVP and phased development approach. Recommendations for UX/UI improvements suitable for SaaS. Documentation that will serve as the foundation for our development team to begin building the new solution.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in software product design, business analysis, or technical project management (preferably in SaaS). Strong ability to analyze existing systems and translate them into modern, cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with data management, data quality, or matching solutions would be highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to create detailed functional specs, user journeys, and scope documents.
