We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our Pre-Construction team. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in the construction or technical project space. You'll play a key role in supporting the transition of projects from sales to delivery, managing document flow, coordinating meetings and checklists, and assisting with project setup and reporting.
This is not a design or architectural role -- but it would suit someone who enjoys working in a technical environment, with opportunities to learn and grow.

Organise and maintain documentation such as technical submissions, quality plans, and procurement trackers
Coordinate project files and approvals with internal stakeholders (Sales, Technical, Procurement, Delivery teams)

Help manage key documents such as drawings, programmes, schedules, and compliance files
Track submission deadlines and ensure timely responses to client and internal requirements
Assist in preparing reports and client documentation packs
Maintain document version control and filing systems
Skills & Experience:
1-2 years' experience in an administrative, document control, or project support role
Exposure to construction, architecture, design, or engineering sectors is a plus (but not required)
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and file management systems
Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-based technical team
What We Offer
Full training and support to grow your career in project coordination
Work closely with experienced technical and delivery professionals
Clear progression pathway into technical support or project roles
A fast-paced, collaborative environment on high-profile London projects
