About the Role/Team:
Join our collaborative Project Management Office team within A&G (Academic and Government) as a Project Support Coordinator and help drive successful project delivery across a range of initiatives. Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers and key stakeholders to keep critical project documentation up to date
Maintain and support governance processes
Track finances, benefits, and prepare materials for Steering Committees
Monitor plan progress and milestones, ensuring transparency across teams
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and capture clear action points
Analyse project data and share insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, inclusive project updates
Requirements:
Demonstrates a proactive approach, someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently to move tasks forward
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
