TAG Catering Equipment is a leading provider of commercial kitchen and bar fit-outs for the UK's premium hospitality sector. We work with some of the most respected hotels and restaurants in the country, delivering full turnkey projects that combine innovative design, energy-efficient technologies, and high-quality construction.

Due to expansion and continued growth, we're now looking for a Project Support Coordinator to join and expand our experienced office support team!

Experience in the hospitality, interior fit-out or construction sectors would be an advantage, but it's not essential - what matters most is your enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients!

As a company, we provide full turnkey solutions for our clients, so this is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in value from 20k to 1.5m. Depending on project scale, you may assist with several smaller projects or focus on one large, long-term project.

On these projects, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key responsbilities:



Raising and managing purchase orders in line with project delivery programmes. Managing and reporting on equipment lead times and delivery schedules. Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Providing quoting support for project enquiries, new business opportunities, and variations. Completing tender proposals. Assisting with documentation, scheduling, and general administrative support for the project team.

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience in a similar project coordination based role (preferred). Good IT aptitude for learning new systems, such as CRM's and ERP's. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to multitasking. The ability to read and understand technical drawings (advantageous). A good technical understanding of products and project delivery (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
