Join the ASK4 project delivery team and play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. As Project Support, you'll provide vital administrative, logistical, and coordination support, assisting Client Project Managers in keeping projects on track. From maintaining key documentation and managing communications to coordinating resources and helping drive timely project progress, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects and be part of a collaborative international team.

What you'll be doing:



Support in the maintenance of project plans, action logs, risk registers, and other project documentation. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, taking and distributing minutes. Track and follow up on project tasks to ensure timely updates from stakeholders. Help ensure timely communication between teams, flagging delays or blockers. Support onboarding of new projects by helping set up documentation and systems and in the preparation of client-facing documentation, such as meeting packs or summary updates. Collect and consolidate project status updates from delivery teams. Produce standardised weekly and monthly reports using templates. Update project dashboards, schedules, and task trackers. Coordinate internal resources and logistics (e.g., engineer schedules, equipment dispatch. Coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure adequate access and timing for equipment and engineer visits.

Our ideal candidate will:



Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English Experience in customer service or stakeholder management. Be able to manage conflicting priorities. Be process oriented. Have a keen eye for detail and organisation.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
