Salary: 43,000 + 750 Car Allowance

About the role
A Projects Surveyor is pivotal to our team to ensure all major projects are managed effectively, safely and within budgets with a responsibility for ensuring our services meet operational standards and targets.
The successful candidate will be a technical lead on several key areas and you will be required to manage your own diary and hybrid working is applicable to this role. Training will be provided in procurement procedures so alongside your own skills and experience we will ensure you have the support to manage an efficient, cost effective and customer focused project from end to end.

About you
We need somebody with the relevant experience who can work unsupervised, is organised and likes to achieve goals and targets. You will have your own projects and major works to manage so understanding of project management and contract management will be key.
