Job Title Project Surveyor - Fire Safety



Location - Chippenham - Field Based




Salary - 42,000 (+ 750 Car Allowance) per annum - depending on skills and experience



Contract type - Permanent




Working hours - Full Time 37 hours




About the role



We are currently recruiting for a Project Surveyor in our Fire Safety team to manage the investment delivery of fire safety projects across the business.


You should have experience of working in a similar role, ideally with a technical or property background, to manage a programme of works to include managing contractors on site, budget, quality control and completion to a high standard.


The role would require you to work closely with other project delivery and surveying teams.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.



About you



You will have recognised Health and Safety Qualification i.e. NEBOSH/CSCS and recongised fire and surveying related qualifications.


You will have a professional qualification in a building surveying, maintenance, construction, energy, or asset management related field.


You must have a fundamental knowledge of the construction industry in general, and field of Building Surveying/Project Management.


You must have knowledge and application of Decent Homes standard and Housing health and safety rating.


You will have experience of contributing to writing reports, policies, and procedures.
