Location:

Brand New Head Office - Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ

Salary:

23,809.50 per annum, PLUS monthly bonus potential

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Monday: 9:10am - 5:40pm Tuesday: 9:10am - 5:40pm Wednesday: 9:45am - 7:00pm Thursday: 9:10am - 6:30pm Friday: 9:10am - 4:00pm

We're looking for a

Project Team Communicator

to join our growing Projects Team at our brand new, state-of-the-art head office in Swansea Enterprise Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking organisation that puts customer care, sustainability, and team development at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As a Project Team Communicator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the point of contact that keeps projects running smoothly and customers informed every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customer communications Build rapport and engage with customers Handle inquiries with professionalism and care Chase required documentation from customers

What You'll Need

Excellent communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face) High attention to detail and accuracy Confident IT user and fast learner of new systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive and adaptable approach to work Strong work ethic, with a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment
