Job Summary


Due to expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with a proficiency in various software applications. This role is crucial in supporting our technical operations and ensuring smooth office functionality. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, clerical duties, and providing excellent phone etiquette while assisting with day-to-day administrative functions.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the technical team, ensuring efficient office operations. Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital. Assisting in project coordination, documentation and compliance tracking. Manage schedules, reports and technical documentation. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Support the team in preparing reports and presentations as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.

Qualifications



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication. Previous experience in construction or technical roles is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail is essential for accurate data entry and record maintenance. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
