Job Description

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Project/Construction Manager for a project based in Central London.
This project is 1 year in duration and due to start ASAP.
Project value is approx. 5m.
Main scope of work will consist of Roofing, Scaffolding, General Builders Work and M&E. This is the refurbishment of an existing building.
Skills & Requirements:

Valid Management CSCS,SMSTS,First Aid
Proven experience as a project/construction manager on a similar project
Ideally experience working on projects in the value of 5m - 10m.
Experience working on the areas listed above
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge/experience working with the client and sub contractors - working in collaboration
Expereince using Asite (prefferred) or Viewpoint
Commercial knowledge
Working references - essential
Will be required to interview with the client
